Do you offer expedited shipping?
2-Day shipping is offered at $9.95 for orders totaling up to $100 and $11.95 for orders totaling more than $100. Overnight shipping is charged at $30 for in-stock items. Contact us at 941-402-7685 or Erin@LocaLolaShop.com to discuss your request.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer U.S. domestic shipping at checkout. If you live outside the U.S., please contact us at 941-402-7685 or Erin@LocaLolaShop.com, and we will happy to help facilitate the international shipment.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico?
Yes we do. Please contact us at 941-402-7685 or Erin@LocaLolaShop.com with any questions.

When will my order ship?
You should receive your order within 5 to 7 business days from the date of order.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please use this tracking number to stay up to date on your shipment. You can also access any order or tracking information by logging into your Indigo Palm Shop account.

What shipping carrier do you use?
We primarily use USPS, but some packages may ship via FedEx or UPS.

Returns

We want you to love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.

How to Return Items

The best way to submit a Return Request is to email us at Erin@IndigoPalmShop.com. 

  1. Please include your order number and the product(s) you would like to return.
  2. We'll get back to you within one business day with a Return Authorization number (RA #). Returns will NOT be accepted without an RA #.
  3. Write the supplied RA number on the back of your invoice and include in your return shipment.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item(s). This email will also confirm that a refund has been issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-8 days for this process.
Please note that your bank may require additional processing time to post this transaction to your account.

Exchanges

Due to our inventory of one-of-a-kind items and limited quantities, we do not accept exchanges. Please follow the return process for any unwanted products and place a new order for desired product(s).

Since our products are handmade, there could be distinctive variations in color, shape, size or slight imperfections.
